On March 14, 2013, Deblins Warehouse Ltd. (the “Company”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as the Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Status Updates
The First Meeting of Creditors was held on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of GlassRatner at 150 York Street, Suite 1600, Toronto, Ontario.
In addition to the above, GlassRatner was also appointed Receiver of all the undertaking, property and assets of the Company by 1754523 Ontario Inc. o/a Westex International (“Westex”) pursuant to a General Security Agreement between the Company and Westex.
On October 7, 2015, the Trustee in Bankruptcy obtained its discharge pursuant to a Court Order.
