On January 25, 2019, Sound City Music Entertainment Inc. (o/a RPM Distribution) (the “Company“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA“) and GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
