On May 4, 2020, Welcome Wagon Ltd./ Bienvenue Chez-Nous Ltee. (the “Company“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA“) and GlassRatner Inc. (“B. Riley Farber”) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
