On August 31, 2021, a Bankruptcy Order was granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta in Bankruptcy and Insolvency (the “Court“) in the matter of Lonestar Services Inc., and Kathleen Kelley, and Angela Kelley (collectively, the “Bankrupts“) and GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as Trustee of the Estates of the Bankrupts by the Official Receiver.
