On March 15, 2021, Dap Huu Thach died in Bracebridge, ON. By an order (the “Order”) of the Honourable Madam Justice V. Christie dated November 9, 2021, GlassRatner Inc. (“B. Riley Farber”) was appointed as Estate Trustee During Litigation (“ETDL”) of the Estate Dap Huu Thach (the “Estate” and the “Deceased”) without security, pending the final resolution or settlement of the litigation herein, and that a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee During Litigation shall be issued to GlassRatner, subject only to the filing of the necessary supporting application, which application is to be expedited by the Registrar.
