Mirror Trading International (Pty) Ltd.

On April 16, 2026, pursuant to the Order of Honourable Justice M. A. Marion under sections 272(1)(d) and 275(3)(a) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) and section 13.2 of the Judicature Act, RSA 2000, c J-2, GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the “Receiver“) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Mirror Trading International (Pty) Ltd. (the “Debtor“) held by Canadian Investors and acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including all proceeds thereof (the “Affected Property“).

For additional clarity, the Affected Property is deemed to include all cryptocurrencies disposed of by the Debtor to the Canadian Investors, or their Canadian dollar equivalent, and all claims against Canadian Investors related to cryptocurrencies disposed of by the Debtor to Canadian Investors.
