On June 17, 2026, by the Order of Justice Cavanagh (the “Receivership Order”) pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act (Ontario) (the “CJA”), GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Ruscan Chem Inc., 2598536 Ontario Inc., 2851490 Ontario Inc., GloveIt PurchaseCo (US) Inc. (now amalgamated as GloveIt Inc.), Renewell Nutrition Inc. and GloveIt PurchaseCo Inc.
