By an Order of the Honourable Justice Cavanagh, of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated June 17, 2026, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended, and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended, GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GR”) was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Ruscan Chem Inc. (“Ruscan“), 2598536 Ontario Inc. (“259“), 2851490 Ontario Inc. (“285“), GloveIt PurchaseCo (US) Inc. (now amalgamated as GloveIt Inc., and collectively referred to as “GloveIt US“), Renewell Nutrition Inc. (“RNI“), and GloveIt PurchaseCo Inc. (“PurchaseCo“) including, without limitation: (i) the real property municipally known as 2280 Bovaird Drive East, Unit 7, Brampton, Ontario; and (ii) the real property municipally known as 2500 Williams Parkway, Units 25 and 26, Brampton, Ontario (collectively, the “Real Property“).
On July 16, 2026, by an Amended and Restated Order of the Honourable Justice Myers, of the Court, GR was also appointed Receiver without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Supplium Ltd. (“Supplium”, and collectively with Ruscan, 259, 285, GloveIt US and RNI, the “Debtors” or “Ruscan Group”).
