John G. Hofland Ltd. (the “Company”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy on June 26, 2026, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., LIT (“GlassRatner”), was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.

Effective June 29, 2026, GlassRatner was appointed the receiver (the “Receiver“) of all the assets, undertakings and properties of the Bankrupt by G&J 1989 Investments Inc. pursuant to a default under a General Security Agreement dated July 22, 2024.
