On August 24, 2026, Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto (the “Company“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA“) and GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy (the “Trustee“).
