On October 21, 2026, by Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba (the “Court”), GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver“), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Titanium Mechanical Inc., 2479918 Alberta Ltd., Nebula Controls Ltd., Labbate Climate Controls Systems Inc., 1000955571 Ontario Inc., 1000955662 Ontario Inc., Pols Enterprises Ltd., and Pols real Estate Holdings Inc. (collectively, the “Debtors“) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3 (the “BIA”).
