1908736 Ontario Limited (fka Cole Engineering Group Ltd.) (“190”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy on March 26, 2021, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”). CEG Partners Inc. (“CEG”, collectively the “Companies”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy on March 30, 2021, pursuant to the BIA. GlassRatner Restructuring Inc., LIT (the “Trustee”) was appointed as Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt by the Official Receiver for the Companies, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee’s appointment at the First Meetings of Creditors.
