On December 16, 2025, by the Order of Justice Cavanagh (the “Receivership Order”) pursuant to section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act (Ontario) (the “CJA”), GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties of 2381939 Ontario Inc. (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including, without limitation, the real property municipally known as 2374 Crowes Landing Road, Douro-Dummer, Ontario (“Real Property“).
