On February 4, 2026, by the Order of Justice D. Kellway (the “Receivership Order”) pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act (Ontario) (the “CJA”), GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, of all the assets, undertakings and properties of 2696544 Ontario Limited (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on the Debtor, including the real property municipally known as 7130 Warden Avenue, Suite 501, Suite 502, Suite 508 and Suite 509, Markham Ontario (the “Real Property”), and the proceeds thereof.
