On January 17, 2020, 3rd Age Systems Inc. (o/a Campus Vibe) (the “Company”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and GlassRatner Inc., LIT (“B. Riley Farber”) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Status Update
The First Meeting of Creditors is scheduled for February 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at GlassRatner, LIT, 3660 Hurontario St., Suite 301, in Mississauga, Ontario.
