On December 10, 2025, Bay Tank and Vessel of Canada Ltd. (the “Company“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA“) and GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
