Domenic Cosentino and Company Limited ("DCCL")

On October 13, 2020, by Order (the “Appointment Order”) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”), GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the “Receiver“) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Domenic Cosentino and Company Limited (“DCCL“) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by DCCL, including all proceeds thereof (the “Property”), pursuant to section 248 of the Business Corporations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c B.16, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.
