Effective February 21, 2014, GlassRatner Inc. (the “Receiver“) was appointed Receiver in respect of the property, assets and undertakings of Farley Group Inc. by its secured creditor Alignvest Private Debt Inc. pursuant to a General Security Agreement dated February 26, 2013, and a Charge/Mortgage registered on February 28, 2013.
Status Updates
Since sending the Notice and Statement of Receiver, it can now be confirmed that on and effective March 3, 2014, substantially all of the assets of Farley Group Inc. were sold to KP Building Products Ltd.
