Pursuant to an order of the Honourable Justice Wilton-Siegel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”) dated May 1, 2018 (the “CAIO Order”), A. Farber & Partners Inc. (“Farber & Partners”) was appointed as information officer, without security, of Rift Energy Corp. (the “Company”) (in such capacity, the “CAIO”).
On February 8, 2023, pursuant to the order of the Honourable Justice McEwen certain estates of Farber & Partners and A. Farber & Partners Ltd. (collectively “Farber”), were transferred to B. Riley Farber Inc. (“B. Riley”) and B. Riley was substituted in place of Farber.
Subsequently, on November 13, 2025, pursuant to the order of the Honourable Justice Cavanagh, certain estates of B. Riley were transferred to GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner”) and GlassRatner was substituted in place of B. Riley.
