On April 24, 2023, by Order (the “Appointment Order“) of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as Receiver (the “Receiver“) of certain shares of Proactive Group Holdings Inc. (the “Proactive Shares“) and CRIM Holdings UK Ltd. (the “CRIM Shares” and together with the Proactive Shares, the “Shares“) and the proceeds thereof (the “Property“) issued to Ian McLelland (the “Debtor”) and to the Ian McLelland Family Trust.
Sales Process
Pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated March 24, 2026, the Receiver is authorized to conduct a sale and investment solicitation process of all or part of the Shares.
