GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner“) became the Court-Appointed Receiver (the “Receiver“) over the assets, property and undertaking (the “Property“) of Ismac Marina Inc. o/a A.C. Marina (“Ismac“) on September 24, 2015, pursuant to an Order (the “Appointment Order“) of the Honourable Justice Hainey of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
