On October 19, 2018, GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as the receiver (the “Receiver“) pursuant to section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended, over all of the assets, undertakings and properties (the “Property“) of Northern Precast Inc. (the “Company”), except for the Excluded Property (defined below), pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Order“) of the Honourable Justice Hainey of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”). It is noted that the Receivership Order is dated August 28, 2018 but specifies that the Receiver’s appointment is effective October 19, 2018.
Pursuant to the Receivership Order, the Property does not include the real property located at 111, 121 and 131 Bales Drive East, East Gwillimbury (together, the “Excluded Property”).
