On May 30, 2023, ONEnergy Inc. (fka Look Communications Inc.) filed a Proposal (the “Proposal“) under Part III, Division I, of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “Act“) with GlassRatner Inc. (the “Proposal Trustee“).
Status Updates
A Meeting of Creditors to consider and vote on the Proposal was held via Microsoft Teams on June 22, 2023. The requisite majority of creditors voted for the Proposal and the Proposal was, therefore, accepted by creditors.
