ONxpress Operations Inc.

On January 1, 2026, ONxpress Operations Inc. (the “Company”) resolved by special resolution of its shareholders to liquidate and dissolve and appointed GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. as Liquidator of the Company (in such capacity, the “Liquidator”) to do so. A Certificate of Intent to Dissolve was issued by the Director under the Canada Business Corporations Act (“CBCA”) on January 2, 2026 (the “Certificate”).

Status Updates

On January 30, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court“) issued an order approving the continuation of the liquidation under the supervision of the Court pursuant to section 211(8) of the CBCA and appointing GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. as court-appointed liquidator of the Company.

On January 30, 2026, the Court issued an additional order (the “Claims Procedure Order“) approving the Liquidator to administer a claims process.

Any person who believes that it has a claim against the Company, or any current or former Director or Officer of the Company, should send a Proof of Claim to the Liquidator to be received by the Liquidator by 5:00PM (EST) on March 27, 2026 (the “Claims Bar Date”).

CLAIMS WHICH ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE CLAIMS BAR DATE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED AND EXTINGUISHED.
