On November 25, 2024, Shiny Health & Wellness Corp. (fka Shinybud Corp., Cedarmont Capital Corp.) (the “Company” or “Shiny Health“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA“) and GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. (“GlassRatner“) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
