UpSnap Inc. (the “Company”), a provider of mobile and intent based advertising solutions, filed an assignment on January 18, 2024, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”), and GlassRatner Inc. (“GlassRatner”), was appointed as Trustee of the bankrupt estate by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee’s appointment or substitution of another Trustee by the creditors. Prior to the bankruptcy, the Company’s shares were traded publicly on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
