On September 5, 2025, by the Order of Justice Stothart (the “Receivership Order”) pursuant to section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act (Ontario) (the “CJA”), B. Riley Farber Inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) without security, over all the assets, undertakings and properties of Zephyrus Equestrian Ltd. (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the debtor and all proceeds thereof, including, without limitation real property municipally known as 581 Fraser Street, North Bay, Ontario (“Real Property“).
