Prior to joining GlassRatner, Natalie was an Expert at Egon Zehnder, where she built a strong track record in financial services leadership mandates. Her search experience within the sector spans pension funds, asset managers, family offices, and major Canadian banking institutions, covering C-suite and senior leadership appointments across investment management, finance, risk, operations, and human resources. Beyond financial services, her experience includes mandates for private equity-backed portfolio companies and clients across consumer, pharmaceuticals, and the public and not-for-profit sectors.

Earlier in her career, Natalie led full-cycle recruitment for across CPP Investments’ global operations. This institutional foundation gave her a nuanced understanding of how world-class financial organizations are built and what distinguishes exceptional leaders within them.
