GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. Substitution Order – Ontario

On June 27, 2025, GlassRatner Advisory Capital Group, LLC and B. Riley Farber Inc. were acquired by funds managed by TorQuest Partners and have now rebranded as GlassRatner. Pursuant to an Order of Justice Cavanagh dated November 13. 2025 (the “Substitution Order”), GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. was substituted in place of B. Riley Farber Inc. in the Transferred Mandates referenced in that Order.

Further, on November 20, 2025, pursuant to the Order of Justice J.S. Gill, GlassRatner Restructuring Inc. was substituted in place of B. Riley Farber Inc. in the Transferred Mandates referenced in the Alberta Substitution Order.
